The Three Choirs Festival 2026 in Gloucester included Janet’s Responses in the festival Evensong broadcast live on BBC Radio 3’s Choral Evensong on July 29th. Festival director Adrian Partington directed the combined choirs of Gloucester, Hereford and Worcester Cathedrals. The Choir from the Rodolfus Choral Course sang Janet’s Beati Quorum Via (Homage to Stanford) alongside its Stanford inspiration in their evensong from the Chapel of Royal Holloway. In 673 St Etheldreda founded a double monastery on the site of Ely Cathedral. To mark the 1350th anniversary of this event, the Friends of Ely Cathedral have commissioned Janet to compose a new Ely Service.
